Beyond Automation: Putting AI to Work for Your Business

Last week I gave a 10 minute talk at BNI explaining the transition from manual processes, to automation, ai assisted automation and the progression now to agentic systems where multiple AI agents are working to solve problems and process information in businesses.

Perhaps you have a sales enquiry process that could be augmented with Ai or a quoting or internal set of tasks that involve a lot of copy and pasting; those are perfectly good places to begin with AI agents and automating aspects of your business, to give you more time for thinking and helping clients and solving problems.

AI implementation streamlines operations, boosts responsiveness, and frees up time to focus on core business priorities. AI agents and agentic automation will revolutionise businesses by making them significantly more efficient. As we move beyond pre-planned workflows to autonomously executed tasks, AI enables work to be completed more efficiently by integrating with other systems, providing real time insights, and taking swift, accurate action.
